Barb has been training with Zach for going on 3 years. Has followed him from one gym to the next. Through personal training with Zach, she has gained strength each year, got her A1C and diabetes under control, and recently got back down to her college weight through healthy eating and a consistent exercise regiment.
Dave loves to golf and has increased his strength tremendously each year. Helping him decrease his golf score and keep progressing in overall performance.
Kat has been with Zach going on 3 years and used to have to see her chiropractor on a regular basis. But through core strengthening, muscle toning, and lots of stretching with a consistent schedule she hasn't gone back to see her chiropractor since she started working consistently with Zach.
Nora was introduced to Zach by Kat. After the past year she has gain a newfound strength and can move so much better, faster, and longer than she ever imagined. Through working with Zach on strength training and mobility, she has greatly improved her posture and got a lot stronger for her daily activities.
